Cellmania Announces Worldwide Availability of Cellmania mEnterprise 2.0

Mountain View, Calif., May 16, 2001 -- Cellmania, the leading provider of enterprise-class mobile business solutions, today announces the worldwide availability of Cellmania mEnterprise™ 2.0, the platform that allows business managers to build sophisticated mobile applications and extend the reach of existing IT infrastructure.
mEnterprise enables carriers and other enterprises to develop scalable and secure mobile business applications that integrate fully with backend systems and function across multiple mobile devices and networks. The platform provides Open Connectors to backend systems and a web-based Business Station for non-technical business managers to control and customize the application. mEnterprise-powered applications will increase a customer's return on previous technology investments while reducing cost of ownership and time-to-market for mobile solutions.

Using ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule with Cellmania mEnterprise, through open connectors, Cellmania will provide a solution that will allow service technicians to maintain, rearrange and optimize their schedules using mobile devices such as PDAs, pagers and mobile Internet enabled phones, throughout the work day, eliminating a backlog of schedule changes and orders at the end of the day. Service technicians will now be able to handle scheduling changes and the ordering of new parts and services wirelessly.
