WIRELESS APPLICATION ANALYSTS

Cellmania Inc., a leading mobile applications delivery company, is selectively seeking talented individuals to join the downloadable content team, assisting in the day-to-day execution and implementation of the download catalog available to users of mobile devices. The Wireless Applications Analyst will play a critical role in managing many operational tasks required to keep the catalog up to date with the latest content available. This position reports to the Wireless Directory Manager.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with the developer community regarding content submissions and certification status
Working with outsourced resources, as necessary, for localization, content porting and testing
QA and processing of wireless applications
Assisting in the development of tools that will further streamline submission, publishing, certification and reporting
Assisting in maintaining and growing our database of games, applications, ringtones and other services
Assisting end-user customer issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very detail oriented
Ability to quickly pick up new processes and understand the basics of new technologies
Ability to manage multiple external relationships
Comfortable with technology tools and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and other Office tools
Ability to work both independently (self-managing) and as part of a team
Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop a plus
Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish a plus
Experience working with external vendors or partners preferred
Experience in wireless industry a plus
Experience in content or gaming industry a plus
Experience with databases and content a plus
